Dprug Policy Alliance Victories
DPA has done some good work reforming drug law over two decades, especially in 2009 and 2010. But in the age of cheap, turbo-poisonous street drugs, decriminalization is deadly and increasing drug access is irresponsible.
This is an organization that needs to remember it’s founders own formula:
Even if overall drug use rises, harm reduction policies are successful IF DEATH, DISEASE, CRIME and SUFFERING related to drug use and drug prohibition GO DOWN.
No reasonable Oregonian can argue this standard has been met since DPA brought us decriminalization.
