DPA has done some good work reforming drug law over two decades, especially around the elimination of sentencing disparity in 2010. 16 years ago street drugs like fentanyl did not exist. In the age of cheap, available, turbo-poisonous street drugs, increasing drug access is a pathological philanthropic mission.
